It is tempting to pick the answers you think an airline wants. That defeats the point: this is a private mirror to help you understand your own style, and in a real assessment trained psychologists use scales designed to catch answering to look good. You get far more from it by rating each statement as it truly is for you, then reflecting on where you might grow.
The real value is the reflection. For each trait, think of a specific, true example from work, study or life that shows it, and note where you have found it harder. Then use the biographical and motivation prompts to rehearse those stories with a simple Situation, Task, Action, Result structure, which is what most airline interviews reward.
