Read a short passage and judge each statement using only what it says. The True / False / Cannot say format is standard across airline verbal tests.

This measures reading comprehension and the logical evaluation of text: judging whether a statement is true, false or uncertain given a passage. It is the everyday skill of extracting exactly what a written brief or clearance does and does not say.
Judge only what the passage states. If deciding needs an outside fact or an assumption, the answer is Cannot say, even when the statement feels true in the real world.
Words like all, some, most and only decide most items. A passage that says most does not let you conclude anything about one specific case, and some never means all.
