Legal Notice & Provider Identification

This page identifies the provider of the SkyStudy ATPL service, as required by the EU E-Commerce Directive (2000/31/EC) and its national implementations.

Service Provider

SkyStudy is operated by an individual operator established in Romania. The ATPL question bank is free to use during the public beta. Nothing on the site is currently offered for sale. Paid features are in preparation and will not be offered until the statutory trader details below are published.

The operator's full statutory trader details (registered name, postal address, trade-register number and tax identification code) are in the process of being registered and will be published on this page. Until they appear here, the operator can be reached at the contact addresses below, and the registered postal address is available on request from the legal contact. Nothing can be sold on this site until those details are published here: the production environment refuses to start with a purchase flow enabled and the trader record incomplete.

Jurisdiction

SkyStudy is established in Romania (an EU member state). These services are governed by Romania law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rights of your country of residence in the EU. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

Step 1, come to us first. Send your complaint to to2000bv@gmail.com, describing what happened and what you want done. We answer complaints within 30 days. If you have an account you can also submit it from the feedback page inside the app, and you will see the outcome there as well as by email.

Step 2, alternative dispute resolution (SAL) if we cannot resolve it. If your complaint to us was not resolved and you are a consumer, you may refer the dispute to the alternative dispute resolution system (SAL) coordinated by the Romanian consumer protection authority, ANPC. It is voluntary for you, free or low cost, and does not take away your right to go to court.

We have not undertaken in advance to use any single named dispute resolution body, so we are not naming one as ours. That does not stop you using the routes above. The European Commission's old Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform is no longer an option for anyone: Regulation (EU) 524/2013 was repealed and the platform stopped operating on 20 July 2025.
