This page identifies the provider of the SkyStudy ATPL service, as required by the EU E-Commerce Directive (2000/31/EC) and its national implementations.

Service Provider

SkyStudy is currently operated as a free public beta by an individual operator established in Romania. The service does not charge for access during the beta.

The operator's full statutory trader details (registered name and postal address) are being finalized and will be published here before any paid service is offered. In the meantime, the operator can be reached at the contact addresses below, and the registered postal address is available on request from the legal contact.

Jurisdiction

SkyStudy is established in Romania (an EU member state). These services are governed by Romania law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rights of your country of residence in the EU. Online Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform for consumers at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to and do not commit to participating in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board, but you may use the ODR platform to raise a complaint.
