IP & Content Complaints
Last updated: 15 July 2026
Short Version
SkyStudy practice content is original, independently authored material with a documented, dated creation record. If you believe any item on this site infringes your rights, email to2000bv@gmail.com with the details below. Substantiated complaints are fixed quickly, normally by removing, rewriting, or replacing the item in question.
What You Can Report Here
This page is the dedicated route for intellectual-property concerns: copyright, trademark, database rights, or similar claims about any question, explanation, image, or page on SkyStudy. It complements the general notice-and-action mechanism described in section 6.1 of our Terms of Service, which also covers illegal or policy-breaking user content.
How To Send A Notice
Email to2000bv@gmail.com and include:
- Where the content appears: the page URL, and for practice questions the question text or question ID, so we can find the exact item.
- The work you believe is infringed, and your relationship to it (for example owner, licensee, or authorised agent).
- Why you believe the SkyStudy item infringes that work.
- Your name and a way to reach you.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the information in your notice is accurate.
Incomplete notices can still be sent, but they may take longer to review because we may need to ask for the missing details.
What Happens Next
- We aim to acknowledge your notice without undue delay, as quickly as we reasonably can.
- We review the claim against our records. SkyStudy questions are AI-assisted original content created under the direction of Toma Florin Cristi, with a dated creation history and hashed provenance records, so most claims can be checked quickly and factually.
- If a complaint is substantiated, we act promptly: the item is removed, rewritten, or replaced, normally within days.
- If a complaint is not substantiated, we reply and explain why, and the content stays up. Manifestly unfounded or repeatedly abusive notices may be handled as permitted by applicable law.
If Your Content Was Removed
If we remove or restrict something you posted and you disagree, reply to the notice you received or write to to2000bv@gmail.com and we will review the decision. Nothing on this page limits any rights you have under the EU Digital Services Act or other applicable law.
