Refunds & Withdrawal Rights
Last updated: 13 June 2026
SkyStudy is currently a free public beta. Nothing is charged today. This page sets out the refund and withdrawal terms that apply once paid subscriptions are switched on, so they are transparent in advance.
1. Your EU Right of Withdrawal (14 days)
If you are a consumer in the EU, you normally have the right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content or services within 14 days of the purchase, without giving any reason, under the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) as implemented in your country.
2. Immediate Access to Digital Content
SkyStudy is digital content and a digital service that you can use immediately after checkout. Under Article 16(m) of the Consumer Rights Directive, the 14-day withdrawal right is lost once performance has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose the withdrawal right.
At checkout, where applicable, you will be asked to expressly confirm that:
- you want access to start immediately, and
- you acknowledge that by starting to use the Service you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal for the digital content delivered.
If you do not give that consent, or if access has not yet started, your 14-day withdrawal right is preserved and you may withdraw for a full refund of the amount paid.
3. How to Request a Refund or Withdraw
To withdraw or request a refund, contact us at to2000bv@gmail.com and include the email address used at checkout and your order details. You may use any clear statement; you do not need a specific form. We will confirm receipt and, where a refund is due, reimburse you using the same payment method you used, without undue delay.
4. Cancelling Future Renewals
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from the billing portal in your account; your access then continues until the end of the period already paid for, and you are not charged again. Cancelling future renewals is separate from the 14-day withdrawal right above.
5. Refunds Beyond the Statutory Right
Outside the statutory withdrawal right, refunds are handled in line with applicable consumer law and any mandatory rights that apply to your purchase. If a charge was made in error, a service was materially not as described, or a technical fault prevented access, contact support and we will put it right.
6. Service Discontinuation
If we permanently discontinue a paid service, we will, where applicable, provide a pro-rated refund for unused paid time, as set out in our Terms of Service.
7. Prices and Tax
Prices are shown in EUR. The total price payable, including any applicable VAT for your country, is shown before you confirm payment at checkout. See our Terms of Service for full subscription terms.
