Rishworth Aviation is a New Zealand founded aviation staffing and recruitment agency, part of the Empresaria Group, with offices in New Zealand, Singapore and Sweden. It recruits pilots, engineers and cabin crew on behalf of client airlines rather than employing flight crew itself, and current pilot vacancies are listed on its own site by client operator.
